Hot Vinyasa Flow - 60 minute class

Hot Vinyasa flow offers sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This class is meant to become a moving meditation creating strength, freedom and flexibility, and fluidity in the body and mind.

All Levels Vinyasa - 60 or 75 minute classes

This class offers a progressive sequence of poses where breath is linked to movement. Each flow is challenging, but accessible, balancing, lively, grounding, and playful. All levels are welcome.

Yogalete Auburn One-on-one training

Gain personalized attention and guidance, customized practices based on goals, and improved technique and form through 1 on 1 instruction and accountability. Includes an assessment of the client's fitness level, health history, and specific fitness goals to allow development of appropriate training plan.
